Exchange & Return Policy – Gen Z Cloxet
- Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately refunds or exchanges cannot be accommodated.
- To secure Customer Protection Rights, make a video while unboxing the order. If the seal opening is not shown in the video, claims such as damaged or missing products will not be accepted.
- In case of a refund, only the value of the products will be refunded. Delivery charges are non-refundable.

- Products on clearance sale are non-exchangeable & non-refundable. No claims for damaged products will be accepted.
- Only in the case of a wrong product, Gen Z Cloxet will provide a free replacement delivered to your doorstep. In all other cases, customers must return the parcel at their own cost.
- The parcel must be sent back for return within 7 days after delivery.
- Refund claims will be processed within 7 working days after receiving and inspecting the returned products. Items must be unused (other than testing).
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in original packaging. Claims should be made on the same delivery day.
